Always hit the right spot! I always order the same dishes and Food is always good. The egg rolls and flank steak Pho is what I always order.

Just what I needed yesterday. It was so chilly and gloomy. The pho was so warming and feel good. The broth was so rich I gulped some of it down before mixing in the sauces and adding in the sides like bean sprouts, jalapeños and squeezing the lemon in. The meat was cooked well by the hot broth it was steeping in I also love their chicken appetizers and their rice with egg and meat dishes.

The food was so good and well served, we finished everything. The Chicken Pho the broth was rich, and the house fried rice was amazing. The service was ok and took a bit longer to get menus and take an order but the wait was worth it and we were hungry. The Ambiance is ok, nothing fancy, great for a group dinner or family gathering. Have a free parking lot. Recommended it for a good PHO.

Moved to the desert from LA and was afraid we'd never find Vietnamese food (my fav) but TG we found this gem, they are hands down the best Vietnamese food in the desert! We come here all the time. Super fresh, super fast, the friendliest staff. They get busy in the winter but always have seating! The pho is soooooo good, the flavor is amazing! Regarding peoples "grungy inside" comments..it's not a fancy restaurant, it adds to the vibe!! Most Vietnamese and Asian restaurants have this vibe. I personally love it and it always feels clean even if it's not a fancy place!

Pho Vu is a great restaurant that I recently visited and I wanted to share my thoughts on their food and customer service. First of all, the quality of their food is exceptional. The pho is flavorful and the noodles are perfectly cooked. The broth is rich and savory, and the toppings are fresh and generous. I also appreciated the variety of dishes on the menu, which allowed me to try different flavors and textures. Moreover, the customer service at Pho is top-notch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were quick to take my order and bring out my food, which made the dining experience pleasant and efficient. I also liked the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant, which added to the overall ambiance. Overall, I highly recommend Pho for anyone looking for delicious Vietnamese food and excellent customer service.

This unassuming pho joint serves up all kinds of pho, and your standard VIetnamese dishes. The pho comes with all the usual trimmings, and is pretty good. I appreciated how fast and efficient the service was - I think our pho came out in less than 5 minutes! The only things that's a turn off for me about this place is the grunginess of it. It just feels a bit unkempt and lacking polish. With a bit of a spruce up on the vibe, this place would be incredible!!

Honestly, one of the best restaurants I visited while in Palm Springs! A group of friends and I visited Palm Springs for a 3 day weekend and ate at several places around town. We had several 'not so great' experiences, so as we walked in to Pho Vu, we hoped this would be the place that turned things around. And it was! Although we were a group of 7, we were still able to be sat immediately at a table. And the restaurant was pretty busy! Our servers were so quick, friendly, and efficient. They helped answer any questions and were very attentive to our needs. I was blown away at how quickly our food arrived! It was blazing fast, extremely hot & fresh, and still tasted great! My very picky friend who says it's rare to find authentic Vietnamese food anywhere even said this food was the real deal. Absolutely the best restaurant we visited in PS! A must try!

Enough to satisfy the pho craving, but nothing special. Egg rolls were perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft flavourful inside. we got the combo pho and the round eye steak pho which were alright, seems like not enough meat. Friendly, attentive service
